About you

You triple-check details, create order out of chaos, embrace each task with joy, and willing to push back when needed. You are tech-savvy, and geek out on systems and processes, while putting relationships over transactions first in all you do. You're a self-starter, strong finisher, great communicator, and team player. Even though this is a contractor role, you appreciate a sense of belonging and ensure small details will not be missed in the bigger picture of our complex initiatives. Your availability is somewhere between the 9 am 5 pm (PT) timeframe. About the role

This is a robust role as Marla is rapidly building 3 distinct brands (Marla Mattenson, The Intimacy Experts, The Ethical Sales Institute). You will support her in professional and personal tasks such as calendaring, task management, travel arrangement, relationship building, message management (email, website, social media), dictation, research, client interaction, and more. You will be the gateway and gatekeeper of important information and Marla's time for teammates and clients.

Our team is fully virtual, innovative, dynamic, and fun. While we highly value efficiency, we don't care for stress or chaotic communication. You must provide your own equipment to fulfill the part-time, contract role at approximately 20-30 hours/week capacity. We foresee this role growing into a full-time role by 2025. Compensation is between $25-$35/hr based on experience.
